Corporate Social Responsibility Policy 

Our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy (hereinafter, “CSR Policy”) intends to establish a reference framework, from which Advvy develops and strengthens socially responsible behavior, regardless of the way — conventional and/or digital — the business is carried out and the country it operates in, locally adapting any actions that are necessary for compliance with it. At Advvy, we conduct business with integrity and meet or exceed corporate governance, law and standards.

Scope
This policy applies to our company and its subsidiaries. It may also refer to suppliers and partners.
At the core of Advvy’s CSR Policy are three fundamental areas of focus:

  • Operating responsibly
  • Environmental sustainability

Diversity and inclusion
Advvy values all employees and people affected by our operating business, and they are the number one priority and their future, privileges and rights are central to the way we operate.

Diversity is a key part of Advvy’s social obligations. Diversity is understanding that each person brings a distinct life experience to the table. Diversity is not limited to only gender. It includes diversity of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age, cultural background, life experience, thought and idea.

Anti-Slavery
We have a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to minimising the risk of modern slavery occurring within our business, supply chains or through other business relationships and will only do business with organisations which comply with our anti-slavery policy.

We are and will actively invest in R&D. We will be open to suggestions and listen carefully to ideas. Advvy will try to continuously improve the way it operates.

Advvy is committed to conducting its business fairly, honestly and efficiently.

Environmental Sustainability
 Advvy accepts that, as part of doing business in both Australia and internationally, its customers, shareholders, employees and the community expect that it will do so in an environmentally responsible manner.

It is our aim to be an environmentally responsible neighbour within our community. We contribute toward the protection of our natural environment through ensuring our operations preserve the environmental sustainability of the planet which ensures the sustainability of our business. We aspire to minimise our impact on our environment and maximise the effective use of resources. We strive to achieve this by increasing awareness and communication of our efforts in accordance with our environmental sustainability policy and fostering responsible environmental behaviour amongst personnel, customers and the broader community.

Privacy and Data Security
We take the privacy and security of our data seriously. Our privacy policy governs the way we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of personal information.

Physical, electronic and procedural safeguards are used to provide data security to protect information from misuse, loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Initiatives employed towards our environmental sustainability policy include favouring recycled materials, clean energy sources, the use of processes which do not adversely affect our environment and protecting our natural environment.
